In this talk, we will introduce normal pseudomanifolds. We will discuss the notion of singularities in normal pseudomanifolds and examine key constructions that arise naturally in this setting. Various tools and operations will be presented, providing a framework for studying these objects. Additionally, we will highlight significant results on the g-vector of normal pseudomanifolds. Throughout the talk, we will pose several open questions, inviting further exploration in this area.
