Prof. K. Parthasarathy is Former Director and Head of the Ramanujan Institute for Advanced Study in Mathematics (RIASM), University of Madras, Chennai, India. He earned his doctoral degree from the IIT Kanpur. His primary area of research is abstract harmonic analysis.
